Sub3PT Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sub3PT’s personal training services—whether in-gym, hybrid, or online. By purchasing or booking sessions, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Sub3PT offers:

  • One-to-One PT Sessions – gym-based training at PureGym
  • Hybrid Coaching – a blend of in-person and online guidance
  • Online Coaching – virtual training plans and check-ins
  • Complete a PAR-Q or equivalent health screening before starting.
  • Provide accurate personal and health information; update Sub3PT of any changes.
  • Attend sessions punctually, wearing suitable attire and bringing water.
  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations/rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations (<24h): 100% session fee applies.
  • No-shows: full fee charged.
  • Trainer cancellations: you’ll receive a prompt reschedule or full refund.
  • Emergencies: genuine cases may be exempt from charges at the trainer’s discretion.
  • All sessions/packages must be paid in full before the first session, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted methods: bank transfer, card, PayPal, etc.
  • Recurring subscriptions (e.g. monthly packages) are billed automatically.
  • Late payments may result in session suspension.
  • Refunds:
    • Not issued for unused sessions, except for trainer cancellations or documented medical reasons.
    • Trainer cancellations without rescheduling will result in a full refund.
  • All sessions must be used within 30 days (or 28 days) of package activation — no rollovers, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Expiry exceptions may be made for medical and other reasons, at Sub3PT’s discretion.
  • You assume the risk of injury and must seek GP approval for health concerns .
  • Sub3PT is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or misrepresentation of medical conditions.
  • Please inform the trainer if you are pregnant, have medical conditions, or are pregnant.
  • Expect scheduled video calls, chat support, and digital training programs.
  • You have the right to cancel or adapt the program with 24h notice—online refunds follow the general refund policy.
  • Compliance with online platform terms (e.g., Zoom, Trainerize) is required.
  • Sub3PT collects your name, contact info, health data, and session records under UK GDPR, per lawful bases: consent, contract, and legitimate interest.
  • Your data is stored securely, used only to deliver services, and kept no longer than legally required.
  • You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict your data at any time—contact via our [Privacy Policy].
  • Commit fully to your program for optimal results.
  • Arrive on time to avoid losing session time.
  • Treat facilities and equipment responsibly.
  • Respect other clients and PureGym staff.
  • You may terminate ongoing packages with 14-day notice. Unused sessions may be refunded or credited at Sub3PT’s discretion.
  • Sub3PT reserves the right to terminate the agreement if terms are violated; unused funds may be refunded.
  • Sub3PT may update these Terms—any changes will be published on the website with a new date.
